Titlest Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Package
Four 60 minute sessions | $500
Initial screen/assessment, swing analysis, custom prescribed exercises to improve swing, improve mobility, and/or decrease pain. Also including physical therapy treatments to specifically address pain or joint restrictions as needed.
*Some patients may benefit from a combination of full physical therapy treatment with TPI golf performance.

Payment | Insurance
Private pay accepted, BCBS, Medicare, HSA. Auto/accident coverage pending adjustor approval. Will provide superbill in attempt to assist client to submit to insurance when out of network.
*Dry Needling is not covered by insurance and is an additional treatment unit cost of $40 additional add on per visit utilized for insurance clients.
